Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 31 August 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any quotation request or enquiry you submit through it. By using the website you accept them.
Use of the website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to interfere with its operation, submit false information, or use automated tools to submit forms.
Quotations are indicative until issued
Any figure shown or discussed before a policy is issued is indicative. Cover only exists once an insurer has accepted the risk and issued a policy schedule and certificate. The insurer's policy wording governs the cover in all cases.
Insurers may decline a risk, require an inspection, or amend terms after reviewing the documents.
Accuracy of the information you give us
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide, including vehicle details, modifications, driver history and claims history. Inaccurate or incomplete disclosure can result in a claim being reduced or declined by the insurer.
Our role
Our role and regulatory status are stated in the contact block below. We are not the insurer unless expressly stated. Insurance contracts are between you and the insurer that issues the policy.
Website content
Guides and explanatory content are general information about motor insurance in the UAE and are not advice on your individual circumstances. We take care to keep content accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or current at all times.
Third-party links
The website may link to third-party websites such as regulators or transport authorities. We are not responsible for their content or availability.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
