1. Eligibility
The Investor Program is open to individuals aged 18 or older who can provide valid government-issued identification (CNIC, Emirates ID, National ID, SSN, SIN, TFN, MyKad, NID or equivalent) and a verifiable local bank account or accepted payment method in one of our supported countries.
2. Investment Range
Minimum and maximum investment amounts are set per country in the local currency (see the application form). Amounts below the minimum or above the maximum will be rejected during KYC review.
3. Contract Duration
The minimum contract duration is three (3) months from the date the investment is activated. Withdrawal of principal before contract maturity may incur an early-exit fee as detailed in the Investment Agreement.
4. Returns & Profit Distribution
Target returns are indicative, NOT guaranteed. Actual returns depend on portfolio performance, market conditions and the terms of the individual Investment Agreement. Profits are calculated weekly and posted to the investor's dashboard.
5. Referral Program
Investors who refer a new investor whose first deposit is verified receive a referral bonus in their local currency (Pakistan: PKR 10,000; UAE: AED 150; Saudi Arabia: SAR 150; India: INR 3,000; UK: GBP 30; US: USD 40; and equivalents in other supported countries). The bonus is credited to the referrer's dashboard within 7 days of the referred investor's verified deposit.
6. Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits are accepted via the payment methods listed for each country. Withdrawals require identity verification and are processed within 3–7 business days, subject to compliance review and the terms of the Investment Agreement.
7. KYC & AML Compliance
All investors are subject to Know-Your-Customer and Anti-Money-Laundering checks. Dubai Motors reserves the right to request additional documentation and to freeze or reject accounts that fail verification or that show suspicious activity.
8. Risk Disclosure
Investments involve risk. Past performance is not indicative of future returns. Investors may receive back less than they invested. Consult a qualified financial advisor before committing capital.
9. Loyalty Ranks
Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond ranks are awarded based on cumulative verified deposits and tenure with the program. Ranks are visible on the investor dashboard and confer perks (priority support, dedicated advisor, custom reporting).
10. Data Protection
Personal data is stored in accordance with UAE Data Protection Law and equivalent regulations in the investor's country of residence. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Investors may request deletion of their account and data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
11. Amendments
Dubai Motors may amend these terms at any time; material changes will be notified via email and dashboard notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the program constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
12. Governing Law
The Investor Program is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with individual investor agreements additionally governed by the applicable laws of the investor's country of residence. Disputes shall first be settled through arbitration.
